Pick an area and in four steps see who takes it over, who leads it and what it costs.

01

The hidden cost of outsourcing

You see the task, the deadline and the price. The rest stays out of sight.

Outsourcing starts working once the supplier knows your processes, your systems and your customers. Until then you explain everything yourself — and start again with every new supplier.

We take on everything below the waterline. One invoice and one account lead across nine teams.

Task or project

Every task stays inside GID360 and goes to the team that will do it. What differs is how it is led — we choose the route and the price within 48 hours.

Route one

Single task

One task with a clear start and finish: a design asset, a run of calls, a cleaned database, a tool, a set of documents. What we hand over and when is settled up front. One team from the ecosystem does it.

The GID360 mission

Every project creates jobs worth having

The client buys a result. It is delivered by a team we assemble for that subject and lead for as long as the project runs.

A salary is what you live on. Work gives something more: the sense of being needed.

Half of the people working on tasks are people with disabilities. For them this work means more than another assignment: annual turnover here runs at about 6%, so after a few months you have someone beside you who knows your processes and your customers. You onboard once, and we spread the work across a team and across hours, so the subject moves forward on the days one person is off. The principles we work by are set out in our responsibility policy.

This path — from a client's need to work that someone performs — is described by our methodology: Directing Inclusive Employment.

Where employing people with disabilities comes into play, in comes Fundacja Inspatium — recruitment, contracts and HR on our side.

Rule no one out — judge yourself

People with disabilities do well in work that happens remotely — and there is more of that in a company than meets the eye. Below flow the capabilities our teams work on at clients today. Click any of them to see what a person actually does there, and check which of these subjects sit with you.

This is remote work — capability and reliability are what count. Every team works on AI tools we build in-house, which makes people more effective. We match the scope of work to what the person can do, rather than to a certificate. That is why people stay with us for years and treat this work as their own. In practice it means agreements hold after the first time, and the task comes back to you done.

The Foundation handles employment, the agency handles project leadership, and you talk to one person and get one invoice. The whole route is on a single diagram below.

Step 1 of 4

Which of your processes are failing?

Type a word or open a team and tick the processes you want to hand over. Every entry is work someone here does day to day. Your subject missing? Describe it in your own words below the list.

Step 2 of 4

How often does this come back?

That decides whether we run it as a task inside GID360 or as a project under GET IT DONE AGENCY.

Step 3 of 4

How many people do you employ?

Scale tells us what size of team makes sense and how to start it.

Questions that come back most often

I already outsource several areas and it works. Why would I want one supplier?
The cost sits in coordination: briefs, status calls, rework after misunderstandings and repeating the same facts about your company. One point of contact collects that context once and carries it between subjects.
I am a sole trader. Is this only for large companies?
Whether we take a subject on is decided by the task itself — company size affects the funding route and nothing else. Sole traders order single pieces of work here from a few hundred zloty: a presentation in three and a half hours, a database cleaned in two days, a simple tool from a thousand zloty. It is done by the same team that runs projects for three hundred people — the scale differs, the care does not. Redirecting the PFRON levy comes into play from twenty-five full-time staff, so at a smaller company you pay the ordinary hourly rate.
We have our own marketing and our own IT person. Is this for us?
Very much so — a company like that gets the most out of an outside team. Your marketer knows the product and the customers, and loses hours to descriptions, graphics, mailings and reports. Your IT person puts out today's fires while rollouts wait for a free week that never comes. The team comes in as back-up and takes over the repetitive part, and your people stay on the work they are best at. Above twenty-five staff the whole thing funds itself from the redirected levy.
Who answers for the result when several teams are involved?
One person, by name. The account lead represents your company to every team: holds the sign-off criteria, ties the deadlines together and comes back to you with the subject finished. You raise the matter and collect the result — reconciling between teams stays on our side. On larger projects a manager from GET IT DONE AGENCY leads it. You have one number and one name regardless of how many teams are working on your case.
Our last arrangement with a subcontractor ended badly.
Those stories happen more often than people admit, and they share one recurring cause: work starts before both sides hold the same picture of the goal and the constraints. That is exactly where our advantage begins. Delivery starts once knowledge is levelled, and the sign-off criteria are written down before the first hour of work. At sign-off we compare the result against the written agreement, so the conversation is about facts. The first week costs a little more talking, and the months that follow cost far less rework.
How do I control quality when I cannot see the work happening?
You get three figures that are hard to massage. First: how many matters came back for rework. Second: how many were done right the first time. Third: how much time passed between the request and the matter being settled — we count the moment the subject is closed, not the moment someone replied saying they would look at it. A team working carelessly wrecks the first and second figure immediately, so there is no way to dress them up. You get the report at whatever rhythm you choose, together with the list of matters it covers.
