Mission

Jobs worth having are the goal this company was built for

Nine brands, one shared structure and one settlement model exist so that people with disabilities can do real work — and so that the work pays for itself.

Good business can be done working with people the market passes over. Without earning a living from the act of employing them.

Work rather than a subsidy alone

A company employs someone with a disability certificate and receives a subsidy. For some companies that is enough and they stop there: there is not enough work for that person, or it turns up once in a while. What is left is a salary and an empty calendar.

We go the other way. The client pays for a result, so the task has to be delivered. And because it has to be delivered, the person has work that shows.

A salary is what you live on.
Meaning comes from the work — that is where you see what you get up for and who you become.

The four studies this rests on
34% against 16%

That is how many people out of work face mental health problems. Among those in work it is sixteen in a hundred. Studies following the same people over years show the direction: it is the absence of work that worsens health.

Paul and Moser, meta-analysis of 324 studies, 2009
69 723 participants

That is how many people were studied to establish what in work improves mental health. What improves it is the structure of the day, contact with people, status and a shared goal. Income on its own maps mainly onto life satisfaction — and those are two different measures.

Aitken et al., meta-analysis of 90 studies, 2023
+63% mortality risk

That is how much higher the risk of death is among people out of work, once age and other variables are accounted for. Highest where work builds a person's standing.

Roelfs et al., data on over 20 million people, 2011
2,4× difference

That is how many times higher the mortality risk is for people with the lowest sense of purpose in life against those with the highest. „What to live for” stops being a figure of speech here — it is a measured variable.

Where the system stalls

The Polish state spends billions on this area. The money goes on maintenance, rather than on getting a person into work. That is the gap we work in.

3 in 10

That is how many adults with a certificate work in Poland. Among other Poles of working age, eight in ten work.

BAEL / Statistics Poland, 2022 data
PLN 6

That is what goes on help with finding work out of every hundred zloty of public money. The remaining PLN 94 goes on social rehabilitation.

NIK, audit of 21 district labour offices, 2018–2020
1,2%

That was the share of subsidised posts for people with a certificate among labour office vacancies. Mostly at the minimum wage and below qualifications.

NIK, 2018–2020 data
Why work below competence settles nothing

It takes away what unemployment takes away: the structure of the day, status, a shared goal. So we start from the capabilities a person has and the direction they want to go in — rather than from what is deemed suitable for them. Beck, Warren, Lyonette, Work, Employment and Society, 2024

03

How we make a task doable

We break an ordinary client task down into single actions. Each of them is arranged so that it can be done remotely.

01

We break the task into actions

„Order handling” is ten different moves. Some need talking, some reading, some moving data across. A person gets the ones they are good at.

02

We add technology to the rest

Dictation instead of typing, transcription instead of listening, a summary instead of a hundred pages, automation for repetitive records. We build the tools in-house.

03

The person sets the pace

The work is asynchronous. The delivery date is what counts; the hour spent at the desk is the person's own business.

The limit is physical presence, rather than a certificate. If a task can be done remotely, someone on our team will do it.

04

How this organisation is built

Employing people with disabilities takes structure rather than declarations. We built it out of our own brands, so that the teams work on ordinary commercial assignments.

01Seven areas of specialisation

Each with its own market and its own clients. The teams work on commercial assignments, rather than on work invented to fit a subsidy.

02Fundacja Inspatium

Employs people and represents them to the employer: recruitment, contracts, HR, the direction of professional growth and translating needs the company does not know it has.

03GET IT DONE AGENCY

Runs projects and manages teams. One named person answers for the deadline and the quality.

04One entrance for the client

You sign contracts with the agency and with the foundation, but one person leads you and you get one invoice. There are no separate meetings with the foundation.

01 Contact — one person on our side
Clientsets the subject
Delivery lead One person runs the whole thing: takes the subject in, holds the deadline, hands the work over. One contact and one invoice, whatever the number of teams.
02 Contracts — two, each for its own area
Contract oneFundacja Inspatium

Covers the employment side: recruits, employs and represents the employee to the employer.

recruitment, employment contracts, HR and the direction of growth
Contract twoGET IT DONE AGENCY

Covers project leadership: the schedule, staffing of tasks and sign-off of the work.

project leadership, quality and deadline
03 Delivery — seven areas of specialisation
Each brand has its own market and its own clients, and its team does the work on commercial assignments. You sign two contracts and talk to one person, who runs the whole thing.

Annual turnover here runs at about 6%. People stay because we match the scope of work to what the person can do, and the growth path to the direction they want to go in — and because the job grows along with the project it came from. GID360 data, as at September 2026

Employers confirm it in writing. Fundacja Inspatium runs recruitment and employment of people with disabilities for, among others, CERI International (business process outsourcing), TELMON (call centre) and Oroox (IT solutions for industry). Each of the three companies issued a reference. See the projects →
