The work we take off your company

Nine teams, four ready packages and an individual quote for everything beyond them. Below is all of it: what we cover, what it costs and where the funding can come from.

Revenue work and cost work

Every company runs two kinds of work at once. One kind brings money in, the other keeps the company moving. Both take the same hours.

If you have your own people, every hour of theirs given to cost work is an hour taken from sales, from the customer and from the product. We take that second kind off them.

What raises the efficiency of the whole company is where the hours go, rather than how many of them someone works.

Revenue

Work aimed at revenue

Sales, customer service, product development. This is where you want your own people and your own hours.

Cost

Necessary work that generates cost

Correspondence, paperwork, equipment servicing, tickets, transport to a meeting. A company stops without them, and none of them bring revenue in.

02

A position against the hours you use

You buy a full-time position whole and up front — 2,000 hours a year, whatever you use of them. Here you pay for the hours that were needed in a given month.

The same axis. A position is bought whole and up front; from the ecosystem you take five capabilities, each at the scale it was needed.
One cost position

One person's capabilities

  • a wider scope means more positions
  • a fixed cost whatever the workload

Nine teams, one account lead

  • a broad range of capabilities across many industries
  • many people delivering under one arrangement
  • continuous cover — the work is run by a team, not one person
03

Subscription packages

A package is always several brands working towards one result. That is why „marketing support” means something different here than at an agency: market research sets the message, creative carries it, the phone closes it.

You pick a ready package or assemble your own set and choose the number of hours. Coordination and delivery are on us.

Where employing people with disabilities comes into play, in comes Fundacja Inspatium — recruitment, contracts and HR on our side.

Funding from the PFRON levy

A company above 25 employees where people with disabilities make up less than 6% of the workforce pays a levy to PFRON, the Polish state fund for the rehabilitation of people with disabilities. You will find the amount on the DEK-1-0 return. That same amount can be spent on a team working for you.

01

We map the needs

We point to the areas where a team genuinely takes load off the company.

02

We recruit and employ

We find people holding a disability certificate for those tasks.

03

We run the team

We take on work organisation, reporting and quality.

04

We deliver the service

You get the result, and the PFRON payment falls or disappears.

Opening up to this kind of employment costs what the levy you already pay costs. Why this matters to us →

05

From request to start

Four steps. The first carries no charge, the second reaches you within 48 hours of the call.

06

Why this is worth deciding on

Four things that stay on your company's side once the team starts.

01
Hours instead of a position

You pay for the time you actually use. The team grows in the month when you have more work and steps down in a quieter one — with no notice periods and no protected status.

02
The time you get back

Recruiting a specialist takes six to twelve weeks, and onboarding takes more. An outside team starts within 48 hours of the call, because the people are already working.

03
Nine capabilities in one contract

Phone, marketing, back office, systems, market research, logistics and visibility in one place. One account lead, one invoice, one body of context about your company.

04
People who care

Annual turnover here runs at about 6%, and the market knows that figure from a very different side. You get someone who remembers what was agreed, onboards once and has known your company for months.

At a company above twenty-five staff the whole thing funds itself from the redirected PFRON levy — we set out the detail in section 04 above. At a smaller company you pay the ordinary hourly rate.
